Delivery Terms

At Save Frist Technology, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across all locations in Sri Lanka.

1. Delivery Coverage

• Delivery available to all districts in Sri Lanka.

• Urban and rural areas included, subject to courier service availability.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Colombo Area: 1–2 days (Most of the time within 1 day).

• Out of Colombo: 2–4 days.

Bank Transfer | Koko | Credit Card Payment

• Next Day Delivery for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

• Does not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

• Certain promotions may include free delivery.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (except for Cash on Delivery).

• You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once your item is dispatched.

5. Delivery Method

• We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Cash on Delivery orders require the exact payment amount at hand upon delivery.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If delivery is delayed, our team will contact you with an update.
