Return & Exchange Policy
At Save Frist Technology, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process in line with the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
2. Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The product received is incorrect or not as described.
The product is eligible under a manufacturer’s warranty policy.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Software, digital licenses, or consumables (such as printer ink and toner) once opened.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
4. Return Process
Contact our customer service team within the return period to request a return or exchange.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
Our team will arrange courier pickup or advise on drop-off options.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we inspect and approve the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Koko).
Cash refunds are available for COD returns.
6. Exchanges
If a replacement item is in stock, we will dispatch it once the returned product is approved.
If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
7. Delivery Charges for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer will bear the delivery charges.
