Return & Exchange Policy

At Save Frist Technology, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process in line with the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.


2. Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.

  • The product is eligible under a manufacturer’s warranty policy.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Software, digital licenses, or consumables (such as printer ink and toner) once opened.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within the return period to request a return or exchange.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.

  3. Our team will arrange courier pickup or advise on drop-off options.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we inspect and approve the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Koko).

  • Cash refunds are available for COD returns.


6. Exchanges

  • If a replacement item is in stock, we will dispatch it once the returned product is approved.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.


7. Delivery Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer will bear the delivery charges.
