• Any promotions or discounts will be subject to specific terms outlined at the time of the offer.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery).

• We accept Cash on Delivery, Koko Payment, Credit Card Installment Plans, and Bank Transfers.

• For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available to all locations in Sri Lanka.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Cash on Delivery:

    • Colombo Area – 1–2 days (most often within 1 day).

    • Out of Colombo – 2–4 days.

  • Bank Transfer | Koko | Credit Card Payment: Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty

• Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details will be provided with the product or on the product page.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
